Notes
- This song actually originated in the original Cheetahmen game, but was most recognized from the second.
About Cheetahmen
Action 52, published by Active Enterprises, was a "budget" NES game that contained 52 games in one. However, the terrible quality of the games and the steep price of $199 made it considered to be a joke. Active Enterprise's pride of the cartridge, though, was a game called Cheetahmen, which was a simple scrolling beat-em-up. In hopes of the Cheetahmen becoming a hit, Active planned all kinds of merchandise, including comic books and action figures. In addition, a sequel to the Cheetahmen game was being planned. However, when the game flopped, the partially finished Cheetahmen 2 cartridges were left in a warehouse. Some time later, these cartridges were discovered, and the game ended up being extremely buggy, almost to the extent of being unplayable. The only redeeming factor of the game was the quality music.
