Gachimuchi Pants Wrestling (GPW) is a Japanese internet subculture. The subculture is known for its wrestling, homoeroticism, philosophies, soramimi, spanking noises, and international acclaim.
Background
Beginning on June 2007, 2channel users on 2channel's YouTube board began to suspect that the MyList rankings on Nico Nico Douga were being manipulated.
On August 10, 2007, a user uploaded a 9:30 clip of the adult film, Workout: Muscle Fantasies 3 to Nico Nico Douga used in backwards MyList manipulation, noticing MyList abuse by fodder accounts (max 80 accounts plus a total of 400 MyList votes for every video selected individually via a MyList).
