- The original song was from the second movement, Air, of Bach's third orchestral suite. By transposing the piece to C major, Wilhelmj could play the piece wholly on the G string of a violin. Today, Air on the G String is usually played by a violin accompanied by a piano.
- This song was played on top of stock footage of a boat to cover for the cancellation of the last episode of the anime, "School Days"
