The spam issue
Well, I'm beginning to see it happen; the bots appear to be creating user pages. Not too different from other spam pages, but still contain links I won't dare click.
Also, lots of the normal spam pages have not been deleted for a long amount of time; they're beginning to pile up, I'd assume.
I could have sworn that a couple of months ago, someone was deleting the spam pages and the bot accounts that were creating them...
Am I just over-thinking the situation? Because for all I know, I'm just over-estimating the amount of spam pages.
Is there a way to combat this or do we just have to deal with it for now?

Yeah, I'm pretty annoyed about that too. Thank goodness none of those pages actually link to proper pages, as far as I know.
I know that Arcorann, one of our admins, has done deleting sprees before, but that hasn't happened in a while. According to his user page, he's been frequenting Touhou Wiki more often, so we might want to send him a message there. I can't think of any other options that will get rid of those pages, unfortunately, unless we can figure out how to promote ourselves to admins.

Let's Name the Medley Producers!
On the main page, there is a category for the Let's Name the Medley Producers! series. There are a few things I wanted to point out for the Let's Name the Medley Producers! page.
Let's Name the Medley Producers! is less of a medley, and more of a song. It's a song listing 500 medley composers who have uploaded a medley to NND, as of December 18, 2014, the upload date.
The video is located at http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm25146682 . I don't know how the page would be set up. We could simply link to categories we have from a composer's name.
East/West Medley
After going through a bunch of crazy ideas for medleys over the last couple of years (20 Second Medley, mashing up up to 15 songs at once at any given point in a medley, and a 500 Song Rush that unlike the previous two examples I will likely finish someday) I decided to make a medley that goes at a more standard pace in transition speeds. It currently doesn't have a name, and right now I have no ideas for a name. It's a medley that uses songs from the east and west, highly inspired by NicoTube Transpacifica. I'm thinking of creating a page for what I have so far, though it's not much at the moment.
