The spam issue
Well, I'm beginning to see it happen; the bots appear to be creating user pages. Not too different from other spam pages, but still contain links I won't dare click.
Also, lots of the normal spam pages have not been deleted for a long amount of time; they're beginning to pile up, I'd assume.
I could have sworn that a couple of months ago, someone was deleting the spam pages and the bot accounts that were creating them...
Am I just over-thinking the situation? Because for all I know, I'm just over-estimating the amount of spam pages.
Is there a way to combat this or do we just have to deal with it for now?

Yeah, I'm pretty annoyed about that too. Thank goodness none of those pages actually link to proper pages, as far as I know.
I know that Arcorann, one of our admins, has done deleting sprees before, but that hasn't happened in a while. According to his user page, he's been frequenting Touhou Wiki more often, so we might want to send him a message there. I can't think of any other options that will get rid of those pages, unfortunately, unless we can figure out how to promote ourselves to admins.

The great wiki back-up
Yeah... about that, I sent a PM to rintaun, and according to him, the old data should migrate to the new servers. So I didn't really need to do all of this. Sorry guys!
\(^o^)/
So, I mentioned this on the forums, so I might has well place it here as well.
I'm backing up as much pages as I can to prepare for the server transfer. Right now, medley and song pages are a priority. This will be followed with inactive (useful) user pages.
The plan for the user pages is to PM the data from their user page to the actual user on the forums/new forums.
Great news: All pages have been backed up and are mostly ready for transfer! Dang it Unicode...

Let's Name the Medley Producers!
On the main page, there is a category for the Let's Name the Medley Producers! series. There are a few things I wanted to point out for the Let's Name the Medley Producers! page.
Let's Name the Medley Producers! is less of a medley, and more of a song. It's a song listing 500 medley composers who have uploaded a medley to NND, as of December 18, 2014, the upload date.
The video is located at http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm25146682 . I don't know how the page would be set up. We could simply link to categories we have from a composer's name.
Any Other Discussions
Hey, CrazyGamer339 - I think I may have found some free video editing software that works with what you're wanting. http://download.cnet.com/VSDC-Free-Video-Editor/3000-13631_4-75764187.html Nnd8793 05:33, 18 March 2015 (CDT)
Thanks! I now have four tools for three different functions for the project. Those four are:
Debut - Screen recording software. VideoPad & VSDC Free Video Editor - Video creating & editing software. VP is simpler, but with slight limits, and VSDC seems trickier to use, but is more technical and can do more. I might switch between the two programs, maybe not. HandBrake - Compresses files. I pretty much need this because a seven second video clip is 151 MB, so this means the project won't eat my entire computer. The video file was reduced to under 1 MB.
If anyone wants me to remove the names, just let me know.
I already started on the project on VP, and both of the editors have very similar functions. However, I want to make sure that VSDC is used somewhere in the project-- I don't want to feel like a jerk.

Medley1764 fan-made PV
So I decided to create a Medley1764 fan-made PV. It's not very good at the moment in my personal opinion. I have no idea what I'm doing.

I'm also allowing suggestions here as well.

I've been thinking about this project for a while (and by that I mean two months) and I think I should announce;
I want to turn this into a collaboration project.
Going back to the first six hours of me starting the project, I only had 11 song names and 2-3 videos.
Then, it took several more hours to edit in half of the videos for the first eleven and edit in the names for songs 12-18. At this point I didn't even have animations.
About 2 weeks later, I had song names to 31 and videos or pictures for about three-fourths of the songs.
So, 14 days times (1764 songs divided by 31 songs edited in video) equals about 796 days, or 2.18 years. And that's an average including songs that aren't even fully animated or song that don't have a video clip yet, along with real life things such as school. So let's say 820 days, and that might be generous.
That's more time than it took Tomo/Ginga-P to compose Galaxy (398 days) and longer than the time between the first and most recent medley by Shimo, Chuudoku no Kata e Okuru Ikkyoku and Nanairo no Nico Nico Douga (729 days), excluding remixes of his previous medleys and Chou Kumikyoku as that one's a mash-up of three of his previous medleys.
Time isn't the only thing that gave me this decision. It's memory usage.
At 720p, the video would take up more space than I have available on my computer, at over 500 GB.
I am going to start notes for other movements after this edit. Movement 12 will have to be split up. If this does get turned into a collaboration, this project could get released way ahead of schedule.
I sincerely hope this is understandable to everyone.
