Notes

  • "Gossun" is also the sound of pounding something into something
  • "Yi er san" is Chinese for 1, 2, 3; it is also a pun on "ii asa", or good morning in Japanese
  • "Eins, zwei" is read "Ain, Tsubain"
  • "Hi fu mi" is from older-style Japanese counting (hitotsu futatsu mittsu yottsu etc.), also the notes of the musical scale
  • "Dawn to" is also puns a stomping sound effect or a heavy pain "dontsuu"
  • "Kugigi" is a pun for "kugi" (nail)
